Welcome to our blog! We have written a diet cookbook because we couldn't find what we wanted on the market. It's a diet cookbook for people who have trouble staying on a diet.
We hope we can get a few people together to try out all these recipes we've been working on for the last few years. To test our plan, to see if you can cheat your way to losing weight and feeling better.
As with any other diet, before starting the program, you should consult your physician.
We don't think there are any bad foods--unless they've been dreamed up in a chemist's lab and put out on the shelves of your local supermarket. We really believe there's a world of food out there to eat and just like you, we're going to start testing what works for us.
